Welcoming MOD.’s newest team members
It’s official — the hunt for the final members of our MOD. team is over! We scoured every nook and cranny of lil ol’ Adelaide to find the perfect additions to our eccentric but ever so hardworking team and success! Our cosy office space welcomes three new people — an administration officer, an operations coordinator and a marketing assistant — who will help make the final stretch until opening (only 141 days to go!) just that tiny bit easier and a WHOLE lot less scary.
You’ll probably be hearing more from them in the future across our social channels, so keep an eye out. Without further ado, we are pleased to introduce:
Becci Love, Operations Coordinator
Becci Love has a long history with many and varied Adelaide based arts organisations and festivals that it’s almost too long to list. But we will! It includes roles as Program Coordinator at Vitalstatistix and CoDirector of FELTSpace plus roles with Adelaide Writers Week, Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne International Film Festival, Adelaide Film Festival, Edinburgh Festival Fringe and WOMADelaide. She has done almost everything from curation to venue management to ticketing to organising hundreds of volunteers and is one of the calmest, most unflappable people we have met. We are in safe hands for the transition to operations.
Rosie McKee, Administration Officer
With a background in marketing, administration and small business, Rosie is well equipped to handle the chaos of our still-in-start-up mode project and help us transition to a smooth, well-oiled machine. Her practical, hands-on approach to solving all sorts of problems will be invaluable in helping us tie up all the loose ends.
Lucie Keightley, Marketing Assistant
Lucie joined us a week after finishing her Bachelor of Marketing and Communication at UniSA and prides herself on being an adaptable and insane multi-tasker, who is also passionate about great design. She’s a freelance writer in her spare time and she really loves dogs.
Welcome to MOD.! We’re thrilled to have you join us on this crazy rollercoaster that will be the next five months of science, art, technology and everything in between, here’s to 2018!
