Is your smart device the first thing you wake up to and last thing you touch at night? Does it know more about you than you know about yourself?

Let’s take a good hard look at ourselves and our data-hungry devices with UniSA’s Professor Carol Maher and Dr Kirsten Wahlstrom and dig into our information with Matthew Wright-Simon in an interrogative activity.

Free drink and snack on arrival, and bar will be open for drink purchases.

Ethos is a place for you to have conversations about future-focused ethical issues relating to research, technological development and the broader social context. Each forum focuses on an object as the starting point.
